Lorenzo: Second a relief after crash

Jorge Lorenzo said he was still satisfied with second in the United States Grand Prix as he had feared his practice crash would rule him out of the race altogether. The world champion had a violent fall at the end of final practice on Saturday morning, and though he did not suffer any serious injuries, he remained in discomfort all weekend.
