Houston round confirmed for 2013
IndyCar has confirmed that it will add a street race in Houston to its 2013 schedule. The event will be run in the car parks adjacent to Reliant Park, home of the Houston Astros NFL team and site of the Champ Car races in 2006 and 2007, in the first week of October next year. Mike Lanigan, who formerly promoted Champ Car races in Houston and Cleveland, will serve as chairman and CEO of the event
