Iowa Speedway president Jerry Jauron resigns
Iowa Speedway president Jerry Jauron is resigning after 3 1/2 years. Jauron told The Associated Press on Monday he is leaving to become a general manager at Urbandale, Iowa-based C & L Companies, a motorsports manufacturing company. Jauron oversaw the Iowa Speedway during a period of significant growth with addition of NASCAR Nationwide and Trucks series races.
