Harley sent to back of race one grid

Brendon Hartley has been stripped of his fifth place grid position for this afternoon's opening Formula Renault 3.5 race at Silverstone. The Kiwi's Gravity-Charouz car's front wing was found to be outside the technical regulations, and Hartley will start this afternoon's race from the back of the grid.
