Gardemeister picks Skoda, Hankook

Toni Gardemeister will use a Hankook-shod Skoda for his return to full-time international rallying in the Intercontinental Rally Challenge this season. The long-time factory World Rally Championship driver announced last month that he had formed his own team under the TGS Worldwide banner and had secured the funding for a full IRC programme. He has now confirmed his technical package for the season, and that he will contest a further eight rounds of the series - in which only drivers' best seven scores count
