Van Asseldonk joins Fortec

Hannes van Asseldonk will switch to the British Formula 3 Championship with Fortec Motorsport this year. The 20-year-old Dutchman, who was the runner-up in the New Zealand-based Toyota Racing Series earlier this year, will drive one of the team's new Mercedes-engined Dallara F312s alongside Briton Alex Lynn and Puerto Rican Felix Serralles.
