Kubica continues to make good progress

Robert Kubica is set to undergo final surgery on his elbow on Wednesday before he can begin his rehabilition, doctors have confirmed, as he continues to make good progress from the injuries he suffered in his recent rally crash. The Renault driver underwent a lengthy operation on Friday for the numerous fractures he picked up during his accident on the Ronde di Andora rally, and is set to remain in intensive care for the time being to aid his recovery. By keeping him in intensive care, it will also ensure that he does not have to go through another change of department before his final operation on Wednesday
